Members of the community go into colleges and speak to students in their own field — engineers to engineering students, doctors to medical students — and carry the practice with them while they do it.
A student deciding what to do with their life gets plenty of advice about how to get a job, and almost none about how to hold one. Adhikaram exists in that gap.
Someone from Jankisharnam who has spent years in a profession goes to a college and talks to students entering it. They can answer the questions only a practitioner can. And because they come from this community, they can also speak to the part nobody else addresses — what keeps a person steady through the work.
It runs in both directions. The students get guidance that is specific and honest. The members get a form of seva that uses exactly what their working life has taught them.
How a session comes about

A department or student body asks for a session. We match the request to members who actually work in that field.

Someone who does the work comes
Not a motivational speaker — a practising professional from the community who can answer the specific questions students have about the field they are entering.

The other half of the conversation
Alongside the practical guidance sits the steadier question: how to carry a career without losing yourself in it. That is what makes this Adhikaram and not a placement talk.
